1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
1.2 Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Lingerie and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Skincare and makeup products (if opened or used)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@seya.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
2.2 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2.3 Return Address: You will receive the return address and instructions once your return request is approved. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3.2 Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3.3 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@seya.co.za
4. Exchanges
4.1 Exchange Process: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@seya.co.za with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
4.2 New Orders: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Incorrect or Defective Items
5.1 Reporting Issues: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@seya.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
